DESCRIPTION:
We will visit the impressive archaeological site of Teotihuacán(THE CITY OF THE GODS) where we will initially learn about the ancient and modern techniques of using obsidian as weapons of war and as an object of worship, in this obsidian factory we will see one of the most beautiful modern artistic expressions inspired by the past, in the same way we will be able to know the process of the extraction of pulque an ancient mexican drink.
We will learn about the most accepted theories regarding this culture or cultures that inhabited this city, learn about what this culture was based on as well as its beliefs and its times of greatest progress. We will meet and have the opportunity to climb the second largest pyramid in the world and the second most visited in the country (THE PYRAMID OR TEMPLE OF THE SUN) we will visit the pyramid of the Moon, the temple of Quetzalpapalotl, the citadel and the avenue of the dead . And to finish we will visit the Tlalocan where you show with original mural paintings the paradise of the rain god; all this with an lds insight. Back to the hotel. Duration: 6 hrs.
